Red Kraken: an AI adversary for a congressional wargame

I built Red Kraken, the agent that played the attacker in a closed-door congressional wargame on AI-enabled cyber threats to U.S. critical infrastructure, and ran it live during play. The defenders included members of the House Homeland Security and China Select committees. The agent is repeatable, available on demand, and fully logged. The exercise is public record: CSIS published its analysis in July 2026.

AI Duffer's Drift

A training simulation that teaches the way The Defence of Duffer's Drift (Swinton, 1904) does: you get it wrong, see the consequence, and run it again. The player's choice of force package drives the scenario outline that follows, so the lesson comes from the consequence of that choice. Offered in both a lightweight offline version and an online version that updates to the current themes in military literature and reporting.

What I build

  1. 01

    Agents and simulations

I build the model, the environment, and the agents that behave credibly inside it.

    For defense, policy, training, research

    What you get
a stress-tested system that works as intended every time, custom to your needs and useful long after our engagement ends.
  2. 02

    Decision and scenario systems

Some questions can't be tested in the real world. I build the systems that let you run them anyway, as many times as the decision needs.

    For strategy, policy, climate, risk

    What you get
the runs, the findings, and the reasoning behind both. Option for me to present findings to your team or to your stakeholders on your behalf.
  3. 03

    AI workflow and integration

Agents built into how your organization actually works, not a demo that sits beside it.

For teams with a process that's slower than it should be

    What you get
integration directly into your workflow, running seamlessly in your stack.
  4. 04

    Consulting

Ongoing technical access for teams that need a read more often than a build.

For teams making AI decisions without an in-house expert

    What you get
a directly accessible field expert, available to call when you need an answer fast.
  5. 05

    Independent review

An outside read on someone else's model, or on a vendor's claim about theirs.

For anyone being sold an AI system

    What you get
a written assessment with the reasoning shown, and a recommendation or an alternative.

Engagements run fixed-scope or as retained advisory. How engagements are structured

Start with an email.

A question: Something you're working on that you want a second read on.

A scoping call: Tell me the problem and I'll tell you what it would take.

A project: You already know what you need built.

Tell me what the problem is and what you've already tried. Engagements scale to fit: a short consult to point you at the right solution, or the whole build end to end.

What happens next: You receive a reply within a business day. The first call is thirty minutes and costs nothing: you describe the problem, I tell you whether I can help and roughly what it would take. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a price before anyone commits to anything.
